Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK, employing over 20,000 staff.

Your walking tip around minute 2:40 onward just saved my life for the second part of my pregnancy. I am on my 4th pregnancy, 20 weeks along and starting to waddle and pain walking. Shifting my weight on my heels/ hips forward feels like an instant fix - for now at least. Thank you!
